To the Dealer and General Manager, Formula Honda Hello: I wanted to pass on appreciation and kudos to Peter Low in your rear , associated Body Shop. On Dec 10th my Honda was struck by a Hit and Run driver, as I then commenced the often painful and ‘slippery’ world of Auto Insurance claims... I am a 57 yr old single father of two. I am a former mechanic and Service Manager at Canadian Tire back in the 80’s. I was with Can Tire 11 yrs, then left for a career in Policing. I am a recently retired Detective having competed a 30yr career with a large GTA Police Service.. I’ll try and be brief: • I’ve dealt with the 'needy' public for 41 years •as a Detective, I got to know deceitful and disingenuous people all too well •I am a frugal person as I’m paying for both my daughters full ride thru undergrad and now graduate schools • I shop around, for EVERYTHING... After the accident I commenced calling every Honda Dealership east of Halton and west of Port Hope looking for the right one to take my Honda which is very very low mileage. I own four automobiles. I was lucky enough to find Peter and his partner at Formula Honda. From the first moment on the phone Peter was efficient, honest, professional and above all - CREDIBLE. During my first phone call he took time with me to answer my questions, tolerate my often sarcastic and negative demeanor, and even went above and beyond. What struck me was when I questioned him about genuine Honda parts or aftermarket, he stopped me cold. He was utterly honest by pointing out based on the year, there was a good chance my insurance company would NOT authorize Honda parts. He could have avoided the issue. He could have spun me a tale, he could have rushed through my questions but took a road of honest and professional disclosure. Meeting him days later was an easy and productive experience. I would have guessed it was his first day on the job, for he was eager to help and extremely informative. Not a hint of complacency or ‘just another customer’ and let’s go thru the paces.....His partner was equally professional and helpful. Peter addressed all my concerns. He then kept me in the loop, was quick to call or email, and got my car done before the estimated time . My insurance adjuster also commented to me that Peter was quote “ top drawer” to deal with. Please thank him for me. Please know you have an excellent employee there representing your interests and your reputation. Give him a raise, or an afternoon off. I know MANY in the auto related trades, and I am now actively ‘spreading the good word’ about my experience with your dealership.

My vehicle(Honda CRV 2019) was hit from its site by another vehicle (left rear door), and it took almost three months to repair and release my vehicle due to a spare part challenge. In the end, they said they fixed it. Unfortunately, the vehicle's door impacted/fixed was not properly aligned, and unprofessional work is visible with bare eyes despite several attempts to fix and align accordingly. I do not know the engine and other moving part departments, but the body shop section of the center does not have a master at fixing any impacted part of the vehicle. Please find another collision center if your vehicle needs any bodywork.

I went to replace my rear bumper which they did perfectly. They washed my whole car with detail and they washed all the Mats and they cleaned the interior perfectly. I am so glad that i got it done from you guys. I really appreciate your work. Thanks

I choose CSN Collision for my vehicle repairs following a MVA as they came highly recommended. I could not be happier with the service I was provided throughout the entire process. The vehicle was fixed within the time frame I was initially provided, all staff members were super friendly & accommodating and when I went to pick up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised that they had cleaned and detailed both the interior and exterior of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone looking to have their vehicles repaired.
