★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met with Kris to discuss some work for a seasonal residence. He came by to see the property last August and was asked to provide us with an estimate. Now, six months later, we still do not have an estimate. Numerous attempts have been made to contact him. He does not return calls, texts or respond to e-mail. When you try to reach the office you just get the run-around with the staff and Kris always "conveniently out". If he didn't want the work, why can't he just say so?
Future potential customers - approach with caution. Communication for any renovation/build is CRITICAL for success. This is a trait clearly missing with Kris and HLD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were walking west on highway 60 when one of HLD's paving crewmembers cat called my girlfriend from the passenger window of a longbox 4 door pickup on June 17th 2021, at 9:05pm. Not impressed by this in the least and as a fellow tradesman, shame.
