★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why I always end up here when it's- 31, but I'm greatful to Vince, Kylie and Logan for their excellent service.
My trailer plug connection was faulty and I had no brakes on the coldest, nastiest winter day. I called hitch house and told them about my emergency.
They got me in immediately and after diagnosing, they replaced the plug on the trailer as well as the receiver on my truck.
Then another cold snap struck and the plug kept losing its connection. I called them back and they said to bring it in. As soon as I arrived, Vince came out and diagnosed the issue. Apparently with the cod, the metal receptors on the receiver were contracting and not making a good connection. So Vince fixed the issue and quickly sent me on my way.
Thanks so much guys for taking care of me in such short notice. I feel safer now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had two hitches installed here. On the second hitch that needed to be done they did a awesome job. Between my work being so busy and truck repairs needing to be done, I had to reschedule twice. On the third appointment that I had I took the truck in with the window broken. Technician Mark stayed late and got the truck done so I can no take to another shop today and have window fixed and be back on road tomorrow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a hitch installed by Hitch House and unfortunately, the first brand of hitch that was put on was poorly designed by the manufacturer and didn't work as intended. I spoke to Hitch House and they were so understanding and willing to rectify the issue. They offered to replace it with another brand, which works perfectly.
I don't think I've ever written a Google review for anything before but I was so impressed and happy with their customer service and overall experience. Thank you so much Hitch House.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the Service here, showed up at their door step in a rush as I had to head out of town, they brought me right in and fixed me up. The technician showed me wiring done from another outfit that wasn't done very well and told me I may have future issues. You can tell they aim for doing excellent work, as a tradesman, I can tell these guys are pros!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! Erika, Logan and Vincent were all great to deal with. As my main point of contact, Erika’s knowledge and desire to be helpful was awesome. Turnaround time was faster than I expected and pricing was a little lower than some other quotes I had.
Will definitely return for any trailer related work I need done!
