A	Alyssa Ulmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service ever !!!! My 90 year grandparents called them to come look at their hot water tank, they said they were coming that day. They sat there for 6 hours with no one showing up and NO call. When I heard of this I called personally and they said they would dispatch their on call person and someone would call us back asap . No call and still no one showed up. Next day my husband called them and they said they were on route.... and guess what No call and never showed up! Way to treat customers who have being loyal to you and bought their water tank from you a few years back , not to mention how you treated an elderly couple leaving them without any hot water for over 2 days!

T	Tony Rainaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two plumbing problems, that ended up requiring three visits from Hillcrest Plumbing. The plumbers were polite and did good work. However, the administrators seem to be incompetent and unprofessional. I was given a two-hour window for all of my appointments. Usually, the plumber did not show up on time. When I called, I was told he would be another hour or two, or that the appointment had to be rescheduled for another day, or one time, they had no record of the appointment I had made. The dispatcher offer a "continuation rate" as compensation, which was not compensation at all, since it was a return visit so I was already getting that rate. The manager offered to wave the "truck charge" which was also not compensation, since there would be no truck charge for a second visit. Unreliable service overall. I will try a different plumbing company next time.
