★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the vet, i didnt get his name but we went here a while back with acouple of my pets (my cats Bella and Scarlet) 1. For scarlet i knew she had ear mites and i went to get it checked out as well as get some treatment for her. He was so rough and didn’t even tell me after the examination until i told him she had ear mires. He didnt even mention it until i said so she doesn't have ear mites. And 2. For Bella he kept jabbing the needle into her back taking it out putting it back in causing her to stress out. He was so rough with my girls i wanted to scream.
He then on proceeded to say that i didnt know my own cat and said there wasnt nothing wrong with her. I knew there was something wrong she kept puking, having diarrhea and kept sleeping all day. He kept going on and on about how he was right.
I would give 0 stars if i could. This pet hospital is the worst and i will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly can not thank Dr.Sharma and his team enough. If anyone is looking for a reliable, kind animal focused vet this is your place. I like many people I'm sure, feel like my animals are family. And as we know any surgery or sickness is a emotional rollercoaster. From start to finish with my cat the team was on point and always there to answer my calls aswell making sure to include me and reassure me along the way. This whole experience has allowed me to have faith in humanity, I'm forever gratefull for their help and kindness.
Thank you so much for helping my furbaby Inshallah my Allah give you all the blessings and a long and healthy life to you and all your loved ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Grandfurbaby was made sick cause a guest feed our cat seasoned roast and our baby became Very ill, getting our baby into a Dr fast was our only option and the Dr at high point was amazing and helped us right away! The cost was made to fit our wallet and our furbaby was cared for and treated right away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to bring our pet dog Bugsy to a vet since he had diarrhea for 2 days that we started getting worried. Tried checking out other vet clinics near our area but couldn't find one that was open since it was a long weekend. I tried calling High Point but no one picked up so I thought they were also off due to the holiday. To my surprise, the Vet himself returned my call saying that he got a missed call from my number. Got an appointment for that afternoon and he was able to see Bugsy. Recommended antibiotics since Bugsy had food poisoning and had fever. In less than a day, we already saw improvement in our Bugsy boy. Really glad we have a Vet clinic less than 5 mins away from our place that we can rely on. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my dog Tyson for check up of his foot and get Revolution for ticks and fleas. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful . The doctor took his time to listing to my concerns and was very helpful, and informed the prices are good and reasonable. Iam very happy would go again.

Had an appointment for 12 week puppy shots
I called from the parking lot to bring in the dog. Proceeded to wait for 45 minutes in the waiting room and then the tiny clinic room.
During the shots, I was asked to restrain my dog myself. The dog was very stressed after waiting for 45 minutes. The vet proceeds to lecture my about how she is moving because I let her, and how I need to train her every day - at her 12 WEEK SHOT APPOINTMENT.
The WORST PART is that they ignored my instructions that one of her shots needed to be given at a separate appointment, and they gave it to her anyways.
Never going back, and will warn others away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience! My dog needed a suspicious lump surgically removed as well as dental cleaning. I unfortunately do not trust the vet I live by. I searched vets near me and their facility seemed very updated and professional. I had never been there before but they got me in within 2 hours, did the surgery that aftnoon and we had our fur baby back home by 5:30 the same day. The level of care and compassion was so evident. I am definitely taking my pets here from now on! They did such a great job. ❤️
