★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Excellent value for PEC. Air conditioning and fans throughout. WiFi. 3 TVs with DVD players or HDMI cable. It comes with a reusable Sandbanks Parking pass. The host are excellent communicators. Very casual/dated decor/1980s. Firm mattresses. Enough room for 6-8pp, including 3 children. Many pillows to choose from and 70s/80s style blankets. It's very clean. Treed & private lot. Across the street from The Devil's Wishbone Winery. Parking in driveway for 4 cars. Cons: It's a BYO bedding/towels/kitchen linens etc kind of rental. Not waterfront. You can swim 10 minutes walk away. No parking at water access. No cable TV. Additional charges for weekly cleaning services. Almost 30 minutes drive to Sandbanks. Right next to County Rd 7 - which means you'll here about 50 cars drive by (guessing, I didn't count) all day long. Not that many cars but you will for sure hear them. No on street parking.You may not like the taste of the tap water. The hosts advise buying bottled water.
That said, I look forward to returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful cottage near numerous wineries, beaches, and tourist destinations. The cottage is very well-kept, clean, and auitage for 6 or 8 people, although 8 people requires two people to sleep in two double beds.
The price is fantastic, but if I had to level a complaint it would be that the beds are okay, but not great.
If you end up stuck inside at all, there is a large TV with a DVD player.
