★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out for this! Ate from the food truck, it's the bomb!! The BBQ sauce is unfrigginbelevible, actually it's all great. I would not hesitate to hitchhike to wherever they are just for their food. Bonus that the owners are friendly, and super nice.
If you love meat comas this is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this restaurant several times because it's one of my favourite places to eat EVER. A few weeks ago we recommended the place to our friends and they told us that it was just okay. I couldn't believe it, honestly. Today we visited again and unfortunately everything was off. The meat wasn't cooked well, the sides were cold, and the dessert was obviously not fresh. It really took us by surprise actually. I would still recommend this place to anyone but I guess they must just have their off days. Their brisket is usually the best that I've ever had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent the whole day raking and bagging leaves. Can think of nothing better as a reward after a hard days work than some amazing brisket! I had the Brisket sandwich as a salad and it was mind blowing. I honestly ate it too fast to take a picture so here’s a picture of the restaurant. The service was prompt and friendly, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Can’t say enough good things about the food here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited a friend in Lethbridge, he took us down to Stirling for some “casual” BBQ. Long story short, you really can’t get BBQ this good in the city. It’s good, and honest food. The owners add a personal touch to service, and everything was amazing across the board. Incredibly clean, fairly priced.
Have the Porkupine (pulled pork, more pork, and a grilled pineapple on brioche, but ask for Grandma’s cheese bun) with some creamy dill slaw. Bring $25 for a sheet of the best butter cake in the province, otherwise it’s $5/slice but I promise you won’t stop at a slice.
