Also got top notch treatment for every family member who has ever become ill. They have that small town people feeling and they truly care. Thank you for always taking great care of myself and my family members.
T	Tonya Doran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic excuse for a “hospital”. Save yourself the time and go to a REAL hospital! My son went in with severe abdominal pain and has a very high pain tolerance. He’s undergone several surgeries and broken bones, this is the most pain I’ve ever seen him in. The doctor sent him home and told him if it didn’t get better in 48hrs, to come back!!! No blood work, no ultrasound, NOTHING!!!

I was cottaging with my family from way out of town and was struggling with a throat infection that my local clinic was not helpful or concerned about. After coming to the cottage and it got worse, I decided to visit the ER, expecting massive wait times. When I got to triage in the morning there was no one there, I was checked in quickly and thoroughly and given a comfortable room to wait for a doctor. Dr. De Francesco (spelling?) was patient, thorough, took my condition seriously, all while being lighthearted and making my experience more comfortable. She tested my blood and gave me IV antibiotics (also the nurses who helped me out with this were incredibly friendly and kind), she gave me something to manage my pain, and she called the Peterborough hospital to have an Ear Nose and Throat specialist take a look at me. I am so grateful to the way the whole staff at this hospital treated and took care of me. Thank you

E	E T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived with a mangled knee requiring many stitches - and on a Saturday in June (expecting the worst in terms of crowds). I was 'next' and Triage sat me down briefly after the obligatory covid questions. DIdn't wait long for a Doctor who did stitches like embroidery - a superlative job + glue and an entertaining conversation. The nursing staff were really nice and in great moods, clearly enjoying their jobs. I may never go near a Toronto hospital again! Highly recommended!

I called left a message regarding getting Xray done. I received a call back a couple of hours later ? I contacted my MD, they had faxed info to Minden. I got an appointment the next day? I was greeted, screened by Breanne. Awesome ? I was led to Xray department, met Kerry Ann. Awesome. KA, was Super. Very calm, reassuring, I am disabled, took great care of I. We are blessed and fortunate to be living in the best country in the world. Thank You To All!! Great Staff and the facilities that we have in ??
O	Odd Mama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Emergency today with our daughter. It was our first visit to this hospital as we just moved to a town near by and our experience was amazing. Willow (my daughter is also named Willow!) greeted us at the door and was so friendly and kind and helpful. She made my daughter and my husband and I feel so welcome which is so refreshing and appreciated in a situation like an emergency room. We were taken in immediately and the staff we encountered were all so friendly and helpful. Dr. Mcclennan was kind and efficient. She gave my daughter the medication needed and answered all our questions. Thank you Dr. Mcclennan. We are grateful for the wonderful experience.
D	David H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here 3 times this past year. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Best experiences at a hospital...ever. Dr. Fiddler is amazing. His beside manners are 2nd to none. We all need to stand together to keep this place open and available to all that need it. Cheers
