After it went they changed the transmission 2 times and it went again after 1day. Would of been 3 transmission. I wanted to return it but had to take a loss. Never again They asked me to call and try resolve the problem but no one ever returns my calls. Leave a msg with the sales man or the front desk don't matter they got the money and they don't care. Why call me back. They don't care. They never ever call you back. They hide hidden defects about the cars they sell. Pay good money for a car and they will sell you anything not caring. Even the sales manger don't care don't trust then or their warranty.

The interior was completely dirty, and the smoke smell is very strong. I call the "sales director" and he's very unrespectful and he doesn't care about you after the sell. Go to H Gregoire Anjou, you are going to have better service.
T	Ted Shrier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose a car to test drive after sitting with the rep at the desk. Goes to get car, finds out a manager driving it and it can be here tomorrow if I leave a deposit. Offers a similar car to test drive but was a 5 speed, not automatic. Last car I purchased there I took extended warranty. The one time I needed it for a module for the display I was told it's not covered. I would post 0 stars if able. Went to a small local dealer right after and paid more but had fine customer service.

When I drove 50km there, 20 minutes earlier than my appointment time. At the same time a guy welcomed me, checked all information, then led me to have a look of the car, another guy came and said he is selling it to another client. He quickly ran back to his desk, and locked it in the system. They just did this in front of me, but the manager didn’t show any sorry about my experience. He kept on asking why I didn’t make a deposit. The problem is that the other client didn’t make a deposit either. Very bad experience. 50km there, with appointment, and there was some one just jump the line like that.
