Auto Durocher warehouse

I was looking for a particular vehicle with lack luster results, then I was told about Autos Durocher in Laval QC. The moment I stepped in I was greeted, assigned to a rep, did not feel pressured at all ! We went through the car's details, I was given a rather complete breakdown on the vehicle, was very well treated, and then met Marie Claude St Germain, the financing specialist who went through every fine detail and put together a great finance deal that sealed the deal for me ! Throughout the whole process it was smooth, rather transparent, and friendly. The facilities are very well organized, clean, recent cars which seem in excellent condition, and seem to offer a full range of services. This has to be the best car buying experience in a long time. Would I recommend buying a car from Durocher ? YES !!

I can only recommend Auto Durocher the people inside the place in Laval are extraordinary and professional. I was on the market for a Van and have been shopping around for 5 days and can only say that H Grégoire is a disappointment I been to 3 of his show rooms and people where without any interest on making business. So I got to Durocher and people where focused on my problem and they made me the best offer and they followed up until I got my nice new Dodge Grand Caravan. So please trust me if you need a car look at Durocher and you will not regret it, by all means look around but do not buy until you are talking to Auto Durocher. Thanks and best of luck

Really satisfied by the way they treat their customers. They work really professionally. We felt no headache as the car came with everything completed done and sorted including the registration. Horrible experience! The vehicle had rust issues and one the hinges on the rear door was making loud noises. I was supposed to pick up the vehicle and it was not ready, lots of waiting for nothing. Then they pressured me into signing a bunch of documents which were not the agreed price. The witch who tried to pull a fast one on me was horrible to deal with. I left and will never return, nor would I recommend anyone to go and buy anything from them. Rating: "-0"

I bought an Audi for a great price, then felt like changing cars so I went for a Mercedes’ but couldn’t afford it after 2 months. I went to give the car fully back and they asked me for 4500$ on top so they took my Audi , they sold me a car with 10000$ bad equity and take almost 5000 on top of it

If I could put zero star I would... I can't remember another place where the customer service was so bad. They just want to take your money and that's all. I am not saying that the cars sold there are in bad condition, but they will promise you numerous things without ever keeping their word. I am satisfied with the car I bought there but the trouble it was and the horrible service made the experience almost unbearable. They told me I won a paint protector for my car. They told me they would wash it, fix the tiny chips in the paint, and then I could pick it up. There was also a couple of bumper clips missing that they said they would replace... They called me the next day saying the car was ready. I was excited and couldn't wait to get my car. When I got there, no one knew that I was supposed to pick up my car. They asked one of their mechanics to go get it. They brought it up front and nothing was done. Nothing. They told me they we're sorry, it was a misunderstanding and that they would do all the work in the next few days and call me back. The same scenario happened 3 times! 3 times!!! They never did anything that they promised! I told them it was insulting to be treated that way and that I could tell they just hoped they could take advantage of me thinking I would not double check if everything was done. I told them I wanted a total refund or a check that would cover for all the work that I would do myself since they were clearly unable to do it. It was exhausting to deal with them and they finally gave me a 300$ refund which, according to me, didn't cover for all the trouble they caused me but I urgently needed a car so I reluctantly accepted. The car is great, thank god, but that's because of my father that inspected it beforehand. Honestly, they are crooks just trying to get your money and they don't care about how they treat you. It was a horrible experience. I do not recommend this place.
