★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peut-être les moins cher et ça vaut pas cher !!!!! Arriver 1h30 en retard et une fois arrivé les 3 gars reste dans le camion à se rouler un joint ou cigarette . Parle avec leurs amis au téléphone tout le long du déménagement , empile tout croche dans le camion et meubles maganés et t'obstine que tes choses était déjà maganés avant d'être maganés !!!! Payer plus cher vaut la peine parfois ... je vous recommande vraiment pas !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'étais un peu frileuse lorsque j'ai accepté la soumission offerte comme tout déménagement c'est stressant, toutefois j'ai eu une équipe formidable, courtoise et rapide tout en étant prudent avec mes biens, aucun bris ni égratignure et un prix quand même abordable. Merci aux trois gars qui sont venus me déménager, très professionnel et aucune perte de temps.
 I was a little cautious when I accepted the quote offered as any move is stressful, however I had a great team, courteous and fast while being careful with my belongings, no breakages or scratches and a price when even affordable. Thank you to the three guys who came to move me, very professional and no waste of time.

They just need to give you a lack of information on their rate and hidden fees .Then you would have to pay for their inefficiency.

Éric and Jeff) and the whole move went like a dream! They were hard-working, pleasant, and eager to help me at any moment (they are certainly worth their weight in gold!!). I have used other movers in the past and
have had real horror stories to tell. With this company; my move went quickly,
efficiently, and most importantly... STRESS-FREE!!
I cannot stop telling people just how lucky I was and how wonderful this company is. Bravo Déménagement Rive-Nord Express / Déménagement Metropole - I am definitely a satisfied customer!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
First of all they arrived 5 hours late, at 7 oclock at night. They arrived with the wrong truck (a smaller one) so they couldnt fit my bigger appliances and then proceeded to blame me because I had more stuff than planned, which wasnt the case. Moving on, they obviously had to come back the next day because they started late and because of that, they charged us EXTRA for coming back a second time. Even though it was entirely their fault for being late. You would think it would end here, but nooooo, they ended up breaking one of the furnitures and when I called to complain about it they said thats how they pick up furniture and if it breaks its because the furniture is old and its not their fault (their exact words). They then proceeded to lose a bag of screws for my bed frame and I had to buy some myself and for the cherry on top: they refused to bring my fridge in my new appartment until I paid their extra fee that was due to their own fault. They were going to leave it outside in the street.
Probably the worst experience Ive ever had with any company ever, not only a moving company. It ended up costing me 1400$ for a simple move from one house to another, when it was supposed to cost 600-700$. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR SURE!!
