I called last week and was told itll be ready Friday the 17th of August. I showed up, no ring. Obviously on a time crunch as I'm getting married NEXT WEEK and I still dont have a ring. I took back my 200$ deposit and was met with a comment "You're the first unsatisfied customer we've ever had." To basically make me feel like its my fault they dont have their act together. Id be SATISFIED IF I HAD THE RING BY NOW. The owner who I loved at first turned on me acting like the victim and pushing me away from his counter without looking for a solution, showing ANY empathy towards me, instead he said he didnt need to be talked in the manner i was speaking... what?! I walk away,count the money and they only gave me 100$. Already, its been a month and a half since i ordered the ring, NOT ONE PERSON called to tell me what's going on, I ended up getting yelled at and pushed aside, I DON'T have a ring because of them, they "Forgot" to gove me the rest of the deposit... but hey. Its all MY FAULT right? Thanks Ara. I'll be sure to mention your good name to anyone I know.
