Les propriétaires donnent des privilèges à des locataires au détriment des autres. Appartements très chers.
 Preferable for the elderly. Very sentient neighbors who do not work. So perfect if you're the type of person who stays in your apartment most of the time. Landlords give privileges to tenants at the expense of others. Very expensive apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this establishment for a number of reasons. The rent is costly as you could easily get a mortgage for what you pay. No one minds their own business and like to cause problems for their fellow renters because they have nothing better to do. The administration has no judgement whatsoever, like ridiculous rules, and seem to encourage complaints from old people or snobs. How about warning old fat people not to walk around on their patio in speedo instead leering at young women... It reminds me of private old age homes where old people complain about a child running around. If you are a senior and miserable, like to spend your day observing everyone else in the building and complaining, then this is the place for you.
