★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad at communicating or confirming appointments. Never responds to texts or emails. I decided to go with them because they quoted me the cheapest price over the phone for a tub crack. The quote was $125. I had sent photos of the crack which he didn’t check. Then he showed up said that’s big and it’s now going to be $200. Since he was there I decided to accept. When it came time for a receipt, he said it would cost an extra 5%! Shady shady practices!
