Profile Renovation

My experience with Profile Renovation was great . They went out of there way to do a good job. I would recommend them if you need some work done. I was very happy with the job they did.

Profile worked around our schedule to deliver on time and cost. We had three relatively small renovations that we finally decided to do, a kitchen backsplash, laundry room countertops and sink installation and replace a tub and surrounding walls. Stephanie came out, understood our needs, made some suggestions and invited us to their showroom to pick out fixtures, tile and countertops. The wall for the tub/shower was new to us in that it is sheets of ceramic that look like tiles, but do not need grout as they are solid. They also are applied to plywood so that we could easily add a fixture later such as a grab bar without worrying about finding studs in the right spots. We had a challenge for them in that we were going away for six weeks and then would just be back for two weeks. Stephanie and Tony worked up a cost and schedule to enable the kitchen backsplash to be installed immediately and the remaining tasks scheduled for the two weeks after we came back. They were right on schedule and completed everything two days before we were off again. With Stephanie’s interior design knowledge and Tony’s renovation experience they make a wonderful couple to deal with, especially because they delivered on time and budget. Before awarding the job to Profile we had asked two other companies for quotes. Both ended up only quoting on two of the three jobs as it seems like the laundry room renovations were too much work for them to want to do. However, Profile figured out what was needed and got the job done. I’m sure that the others could have been less expensive but we would not have received the results that we wanted.

Thank you Tony for all your help in the renovation of our bathroom. The work was scheduled and done on time. The enstaller was professional and my home was left clean and tidy every day. We recently had a tub to walk-in shower conversion done by Profile Marble. Tony was easy to work with, he is very knowledgeable of the product. We felt confident working with him. The demolition & installation, done by Karl, went smoothly. He worked alone upstairs so was able to keep physical distance. The workmanship and quality are of a high standard. We are very happy with our new walk in shower.

Profile did a fantastic job on our kitchen renovation. We will definitely hire them again when it’s bathroom make over time. Stephanie came up with a great renovation plan (doubled our storage and counter top space) and picked out great design elements and colours. The entire team were such a pleasure to work with. Excellent product and terrific service, FOR THE SECOND TIME ! Dealing with Tony and Jen is always a pleasure because they are easy to contact, very reliable, and always deliver what they promise. We were fortunate enough to have Carl, who did our first install. His attention to detail is hard to find these days. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any large or small project. You won’t be disappointed.

Profile Marble & Bath helped with selecting the tub and surround panels. Their care and attention to protecting our existing floors was first rate. Their work was professional and efficient. The end result was exactly what we were looking for, and we are happy with the results.

My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the work that Stephanie, Tony and their sub trades did on our bathroom. We remodelled our master ensuite and put a safety valve on our hot water tank. In both cases, Stephanie and Tony presented options for us to choose from. They were a delight to work with. They respected our budget , made suggestions for economies of scale and suggestions to give that extra sparkle in the aesthetics. The cultured marble for the shower tiling is absolutely beautiful and looks the same as the hard to care for porcelain tile without grout line brushing! Their sub trades Kyle, Pat, Trevor, and Fred were fantastic. Their attention to detail and trade proficiency were exceptional. I plan to use Profile to upgrade the kitchen next. They are reasonably priced, efficient, innovative and trustworthy!
