★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have two daughters attending Hellokids and they love it. They get lots of outside time and there are always engaging and exciting activities for the children during inside time. My daughters have formed wonderful bonds with the teachers and have made lots of friends. I am very happy with the care they receive at Hellokids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hellokids provides a very welcoming environment for children, our son attended between 13-29 months. He was very happy with the leaders and we felt he was always safe and with their encouragement, he developed very quickly. We were especially pleased with their dedication to help potty train at the 26 month mark and being flexible with our summer months off. The owner was easy to work with and communicates quickly. They applied for the new child discount and was applied immediately (very helpful)! The only negative for us, was the facility has no dedicated outdoor space and as much as they do take the children outside for walks and play at the wonderful Blue Mountain Park, it was difficult during bad weather or when the park was very busy. All-in-all a very good childcare option!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our daughter has been attending full time for over a year and she loves it here. Teachers are attentive and affectionate to the children. Good location near a park with a playground, grass fields and splash park. They have themed events (Valentines, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc) and I love receiving the creative crafts that my daughter made at daycare. I feel that my daughter will be ready for elementary school with the learning and activity she gets here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing daycare. The staff are very caring and make each child feel important and plan their curriculum according to their needs. The activities are also well though and nourishing. Very reasonable program fees. Definitely recommend this daycare. I am surprised to hear about negative comments about the owner as personally I really like how kind and flexible she has been and her own daughter attends Hellokids also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with this daycare has been wonderful.
My daughter has attended this daycare for years, beginning in the infant program and now in the preschool section she will be leaving in Sept to go to kindergarten.
She is always happy and has lots of stories to tell about what they did that day. They have theme weeks and special classes like french and yoga. There is a great park nearby (with waterpark) and the kids get lots of outdoor time. I am always taking home crafts and art projects. They have Christmas recitals and other special activities where everyone gets involved.
I don't relate to the negative reviews on here and most seem to be of a personal nature. I have always found the owner to be very accessible and professional but I can't speak to other's experiences.
However, I can say that the claims about the place not being clean are totally false. I have never once noticed a problem with cleanliness and the carpets are steam cleaned regularly.
Anyway, just wanted to throw my two cents in since the negative reviews really don't reflect my experience at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best daycare, the owner and the staff! My son has been in the daycare since he was 1 year old and is graduating soon. The previous owner was nice and caring, but current owner Sou does so much for a daycare and kids! Kids have french lessons, sometimes yoga, once in about 3-4 months she brings animals from resque or petting zoo or magician or organizes trips and pays half a price. My son loves to be in daycare and learns so much! They have diferrent topics they talk about every few weeks. Sou cares about the place being clean and tidy. When I emailed her any questions she usually replied hours pretty fast.
I recommend the daycare to everyone!!! My friend was very anxious about registering her daughter but is happy with the daycare now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of owner and tricky clauses on the contract the deposit is not a deposit it is a sunk cost. She basically takes advantage of the low supply of daycare spots by asking for a deposit to keep your name on the list (about 750 CAD) and if you take another daycare which responds first for availability you loose the entire amount no matter the notice you give.
Teachers are great ownership is terrible and making money by scamming desperate parents.
