Green Apple Daycare and Preschool

My daughter has been apart of the preschool for the past 7 months. The teachers worked so much with my daughter to overcome her intense separation anxiety. She is now more outgoing and social then she's been in her 4 years. She has learnt so much (letter recognition, social skills, science terminology, etc.) She asks every morning "is it a preschool day?" <3 Children need these positive first school experiences to set them on their way to learning and achieving.

Amazing Daycare! Remaining positive, agile, and true to who they are has allowed them to keep their doors open and their commitment to the kids strong during COVID times. More than ever, our children need the assurance that comes from a safe space, a space that allows them to learn, to grow, and to thrive. I am a mother of three and my two youngest boys have both attended Green Apple Daycare. It was important for me to find a place where I felt my kids were going to be well taken care of, loved, and given the opportunity to learn in a fun environment. I was lucky to find that all with Green Apple Daycare. The staff is amazing and the boys love all the girls that work there. They are truly an extension of our family.

My daughter has attended this daycare since she was 2.5 years old, the staff and owners have always been loving and respectful of all my daughter's needs. They have a great program and my daughter has learned valuable skills from attending this centre. The centre has been newly renovated and looks beautiful. Now my daughter is in kindergarten and is attending Green Apple Out Of School program where the staff are equally amazing and caring. I LOVE Green Apple Daycare and would recommend it to everyone.

Our son has been attending Green Apple Daycare for close to a year now and he loves it there. All the staff, including the owner, have been great. They are all very caring and loving towards the kids. Our son was quite shy when he started and they all made him feel very comfortable and part of the ‘family’. We have noticed a huge difference in him since he started there. He truly has thrived and learnt so much in a relatively short time, and he looks forward to going every day! I would highly recommend Green Apple Daycare to everyone.

My son started on September 1st for three weeks. He went for 3-4 hours every day for two weeks. He cried a lot at Green Apple Daycare and sometimes he screamed according to the owner (she doesn’t work there but said she could hear him outside of the daycare). I’ve checked with the teachers there and they never mentioned about screaming until last week (his last week at this daycare). One of the teachers yelled at him and he’s terrified. He told me once so I emailed the owner immediately, her replay was “I do know that when teachers have to talk with him as he's screaming, they do need to talk loud for him to hear”. Clearly she doesn’t know how to handle situations like this. And surprisingly she has worked at her own daycare before. She called me after her email reply and asked me to withdraw my son immediately because it’s her business and she has the call. She didn’t want a crying kid at her daycare. She didn’t care how the teachers treat the kids because all the teachers knew that that particular teacher yells at all kids. She didn’t care every kid is different and some kids adapt slower than others. My son is very outgoing and kind. He was too terrified to tell me that he was afraid of that teacher. The owner threatened me that if I write a negative review about her or Green Apple Daycare, she would get a lawyer and sue me. Best experience for my children! Green Apple is one of the best! It was always easy for me to recommend for families who wanted the best experience for their children! The staff and owner are well trained and families love the center! They are very professional in their teaching program materials. The teachers are great! Very creative and passionate on their job. I had a hard time to train my boys on potty but when my sons started to Green Apple within a month, my boys started to wear underwear! No more accidents! The center Is focused on manners and healthy habits. Most Families and the children are still friends until now. Best Center around!

Caring, Professional, and Dedicated My daughter was at Green Apple Daycare Coquitlam for 2 years. She thrived in a warm and nurturing environment. The teachers were hardworking and truly cared for her and the other children’s well-being. Activities such as circle time and craft time were fun and educational. The teachers worked hard to come up with new and interesting activities. She was well prepared for entry into kindergarten. I had absolutely no doubt that she would be ready for kindergarten when September came. My daughter still talks about her experiences at Green Apple Daycare. She has many fond memories of her teachers and friends from there.
