She provided much needed guidance, love and support to two parents who had no idea what was coming! For that we are soooo grateful.

Not only is it a great opportunity to get out and connect with other moms/dads, and for our babes to meet and socialize with other babes their age, it’s also a great space to learn about baby’s milestones and how to encourage reaching them. We sang songs, played, learned, chatted and connected in a super welcoming and positive, fun space. We learned about sensory development, motor skills and physical development, to name a few. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to connect and learn with your little ones! The class instructor, Shelby Shewen is wonderful and a wealth of knowledge! There are classes available for 0-6 months as well as 6-12 months. ?
C	Caitlin Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love love this place and these ladies!!! They are so knowledgeable and never hesitate to answer any crazy quirky partnering questions. We used their doula services with Jenn being a postpartum doula for us. She came and helped us out so much! Friends and family will offer to help you if needed but joined really helps like a doula lol. I also went with my son to 2 sessions of Discovery Babies which was lots of fun. We learned about some milestones and did some awesome sensory activities that I've been able to repeat and expand on at home. It was a great learning experience and it was fun interacting and socialising with other moms and their babes ? Totally Reccomend!!!

It was such a comfortable place to be able to get out with babe in an understanding and compassionate surrounding. The first year can be very overwhelming, it is great to have a local place that offers the resources these ladies do.

The difference of support I had between both my sons was very different. I never had a doula with my first and with my second I felt supported the entire pregnancy, labour and postpartum. They truly care about there clients and make sure they feel comfortable and informed about everything. I also attended the birth school and I learned so much that I never knew with my first. Also I love that I can drop by anytime to there store downtown to nurse my little and keep my tot occupied while I do so. Thank you J for snuggling my little man while I reconnected with my bigger man and finally enjoyed that little bit of "alone" time with him. Thank you again for everything.
