★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies of Heels to Boots are extremely easy to deal with and do incredible work. When I spoke with Crystal about my nieces birthday I really had no clue what I wanted. She made suggestions and I still only gave her minimal details (not a good decision maker here) . They took the colours we talked about and made something that was incredible. My niece loved it and loved even more getting to stab a balloon to get her gift out.
Prompt professional with replies to emails and messages (even though I send a lot).
I didn’t even know balloon stuff was a big thing until I won one of their contests. Will definitely be using them again if the occasion calls for it.
