She is amazing! After working with Heather I was able to gain clarity on some deep rooted habits and gain awareness into some patterns. She helped uncover and break some ideas in a simple and direct way.

I would consider my time with Heather to be some of the most important times of my life. Before I started working with her I was racking my brain about all the things I did wrong; I didn't believe in myself, I took the blame for everything. and I struggled to acknowledge that I was worth anything in life. On top of that my life wasn't really moving and nothing was happening. During my time working with her, and the exercises we did, I started discovering how to acknowledge and love myself, be with the feelings that come up and not freak out about them and start taking action on the things that are important to me. I felt so much freedom to be however I was: angry, mad, happy, sad, broken, confused, defeated and she would just be there for me. She was consistent and foundational and was there for my interest. I knew I could trust her, and I knew that no matter how much I hurt she would never leave me and never stop advocating for me. I've never had someone like that in my life. I never really knew that love like that could be a real thing. Before coaching I was hoping that I would be able to start taking action on things that were important to me and finally getting my life together. During my coaching I discovered that most of what I wanted to take action on was no longer of interest and I was doing most of it out of obligation or trying to become someone. I was able to give up the idea that I had to make so much money, which had caused me so much suffering because I had the idea that I couldn't find a woman of my dreams without making enough money. Now I started in at a dream career that I never would have considered before, and more importantly my dream of being with the woman of my dreams and having the life of my dreams is alive and well again. I feel I have clarity and direction in my life again. I always feel weird writing reviews like this cause I feel like I'm trying to sell a complete stranger on something. But what I see is possible is having a firm foundation in your life that you can rest assured that no matter what happens in life, she's there for you and you get to call her in a couple days. Having that security was so important for me, she's probably the first person in my life that I truly felt loved, heard, and known by. It gives you a different ability to live life fully knowing that's there for you. I think it's important to recognize that what you get out of working with Heather may not be what you intended to get. For example I intended to make more money, instead I found a love for myself and an ability to dream again. It's like the things I intended to have in life were compulsively dictated by something else and she unraveled that, allowing for more clear direction, peace of mind, and security in myself to know my dreams are going to happen.

Heather has an incredible gift to help you see what is holding you back from your greatness. I originally went to Heather for relationship help and ended up getting career, life, and financial coaching and more! She is the real deal & a God-send!!

When I first met Heather, I was striving for impossible perfectionism. I was exhausted from being a people pleaser, and feeling like an imposter in my own life. I had the pleasure of working with Heather for a number of years, and she changed my outlook on my life, for the better. Heather and I met back in 2011, when she became a client of mine at the business I owned. Shortly thereafter, I decided to hire Heather as a coach to enhance various aspects of my personal and professional life. Working with Heather was an experience that truly changed my life for the better.
