★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hike for kids, mostly flat and has a water fall at the end. It's about 30-40 minutes each way. Note, the first 1/2 km is shared with the trail that climbs heart mountain, then they branch and you take the flatter one.

Good parking right off highway 1.
Easy hike (more like stroll) perfect for families and pets.
1 hr - 1.5 hr out and back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great hike for family with young kids. Our two are 5 & 7... Not a complaint to be had by either of them! Walking across logs, teaching about the flood of 2013 and how it shaped and shifted the river made it fun for learning while getting fresh air!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy and beautiful hike. All the hike you walk besides river. Hike is so enjoyable, there is Lot of traffic. Only bad part is you dont see fall at the end, since its secluded fall. Mostly couples with kids. Lost of people were doing rock climbing. No issue with parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hike - we took our dog and it was easy for her. Very scenic the entire way even in winter. Don’t let the highway noise discourage you it fades out about 10 minutes into the hike. The views are absolutely stunning. I will be doing this again with family as it will be enjoyable for all levels of fitness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an easy trail with lots to see and do. Depending which direction you head. 1hr trek or so with a waterfall on one end and a cave on the other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our second time here. Short easy hike on a well maintained easy to follow trail. 9 bridges to cross on this hike. We could not see the waterfalls at the end without getting our feet wet. We will be coming back here in the winter to see if the creek freezes enough to walk on, if not next summer with water shoes. We recorded 4.4K and 102M of elevation gain
