They truly want to help you hear no matter what income source you have they try to work with you and create a positive experience. i've been going to them for probably 6 years aprox, if not longer!!! nothing but positive things to say. everyone if very friendly as well!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to see Derel for about 2 years and he is very good and understands your problems very well as he also uses hearing aids.
The young ladies there are also very understanding and helpful and have never had a long wait in the waiting room.
The hearing Aids I have from there are the best I have ever had and you can park right outside the door. Steve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband is very impressed with Darryl,Val and staff at Canadian Hearing. Val was so helpful in helping us fill out the compensation papers. Darryl is so personable and so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Cliff wears his hearing aids everyday and life is good. I no longer have to wear earplugs during the day to get through the blaring TV. Try them out you will not be sorry.

I was in need new hearing aids,and Darryl knew exactly what I needed as he has much the same hearing loss.But has the equipment to deal with any form of hearing loss. I would recommend their service to anyone who thinks they may be in need of hearing aids, to go and have it checked out, also to have your present aids checked and adjusted to preform the best that is possible. The staff are very helpful, friendly and understand your needs. The parking is great, as it is off street and right outside the door, which also makes it great for people who have walking problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both Darrel and Val have gone above and beyond in helping me. They have endless patience with my multitude of problems, especially with the tv broadcast system. (special kudos to Val for that!). Both are extremely professional and at the same time very warm and welcoming. Well done to you both. Would highly recommend! Doug.
As Doug's wife, I also went to Darrel for my hearing test and was just as impressed as Doug by the professionalism. Darrel is an excellent listener and paid close attention to what I told him about my issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really great experience all the way around. My original hearing aides broke so Colleen went ahead and got a new pair ok'd for me. They are great. They are small and comfortable and they are better than my first ones. They always follow-up when they say they will and I trust them completely!
