★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment booked for 230, after driving to Lloydminster for 2 hours the reception said that my appointment was at 2 which is not what I was told and was sent home. However a second appointment was booked for Sept 26 at 240, when I arrived there was a note on the door stating closed for the afternoon for staff meeting. I had just drived another 2 hours for appointment that didn't happen. Don't waste time booking an appointment here, go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove to Llyodminster to replace a lost hearing aid. I specifically asked if my hearing aids had been programmed exactly as they were before and was told yes. They put an app on my phone that helps find your hearing aids. Why this app was not put on my phone when I got the original hearing aids is beyond my imagination as it would have saved me $3355.00. Once I got home I tried to adjust the volume with the buttons on the hearing aids but they would not work. I called the Lloydminster office and was told they never programmed them to be adjustable. What a waste of time going to Hearing Life in Lloydminster
