★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just would like to say thank you to Pin Drop. This was my first hearing test and I was expecting a hearing aid business to try and sell me hearing aids.
Quite the opposite , Lesley did a thorough check on my ears and after gave me a complete evaluation on her findings. Although I have some hearing loss and suffer from a constant ringing she felt my next step should be to see an ENT specialist. She wrote up a full report and is sending it to my family physician. Plus when I went to pay I found it was no charge. Thank you once again.

Lesley the Audiologist is patient, caring, very personable and makes you feel very comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about Kathy MacDonald, the Client Care Specialist. She is always so very pleasant, kind, helpful, accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend Pindrop Hearing Centre in Orangeville to anyone. Thank you to all at Pindrop.
