★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IT TOOK LONG TIME TO SEE A PROFESSIONAL TO HAVE TEST DONE. ONCE I HAD DONE MY FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE TEST DONE, BUT I WENT TO OTHER OFFICE TO HAVE A SECOND TEST DONE, IN THIS OFFICE THE TEST THAT WAS DONE WAS MORE INTENSIVE THAN THE ONE ON GEORGE STREET ,?? .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this was my first experience with a specialist audiologist. the testing was (I felt) very comprehensive. I have no complaints with the service or treatment.
i took at face value the results of my hearing test and that my hearing was below the normal range. However, I don't believe the level of my hearing improved enough to warrant the high cost of the aids. Having said that, I decided to keep the aids, even though I could have returned them after a three month trial period.
I will monitor my hearing level upon future testing and will give serious consideration to not getting replacement aids when I am due (i.e. three years)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suffer from work-related hearing loss and was awarded a hearing aid subsidy by WSIB.
I called here and spoke with Kathy, who was quite personable and professional, and made an appointment. After performing a free hearing test to determine the nature of my hearing loss, Kathy gave me some options and recommendations regarding hearing aids.
I chose which ones I wanted, she ordered them in and programmed them to work for my particular deficit.
Right out of the box, she nailed it. I was in awe.
I'm quite surprised by some of the other comments, particularly the negative ones as I have had nothing but positive experiences here.
