★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on holiday in Toronto when my hearing aid stopped functioning, and it was December 23. I phoned Hearing Solutions on King St W and they said come right in. When I got there they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Within minutes the audiologist had corrected my problem and sent me on my way with no charge. She and her assistant could not have been more helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for two batteries from a Hearing Solutions employee who was promoting at my food bank volunteer job. They made me sign a paper. A month later I get a bill for $550 charged directly to my disability account. My boss tried to resolve it but they did not take action. And still no batteries. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Michelle at Hearing Solutions about a week ago now. As a young professional, even coming to terms with the fact that I needed a hearing aid was difficult to accept. Michelle is THE BEST. The way she guided me through the process and showed me the best solutions to my hearing problem will remain in my memory forever. The past week, with a hearing aid, has been the best week of my life since I lost hearing in my right ear. I have gained a new appreciation for sound that I didn't have before. Thank you Michelle and Dmitry, you guys have made my life better in an immeasurable way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hearing Solutions at 100 King Street is an amazing establishment with 3 ladies that are professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Michelle, Katie and Karen were very helpful in my recent purchase of hearing aids. A hearing test was conducted and various hearing aids were shown to me There was no " pressure "to purchase and all my questions were answered. Two weeks after I received them I attended for a routine visit to determine if I felt adjustments were necessary. Everything was fine / no adjustments were needed and I am completely happy !
Thank you so much for improving my quality of life !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice and friendly staff. They have amazing equipment and facilities to test your hearing. The medical staff also give you great advice on the dos and donts of protecting your hearing and everyday ear health. Clear away a lot of the misconceptions you read on the internet. Would highly recommend getting a hearing test done here sooner rather than later and take the medical advice they give to heart. Great experience here.
