★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After calling many different hearing care places & being told "NO" they won't program my aids because I didn't buy them from them and/or was told they will charge $1,000.00 per ear to program them. I almost gave up getting my new Phonak hearing aids programed until a friend told me to call Hear Right Canada location @ 600 Sherbourne St. WOW what a wonderful, friendly staff. I was told no problem to program my aids & the cost for both ears was only $280.00. Hearing Instrument Specialist Margarita A. Velasquez was fantastic. She explained everything, was patient & made sure my aids where programed perfectly for me. She also installed a Phonak APP on my phone that allows me to do some custom settings if desired. I strongly recommend them!! D. Harrison

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveling when hearing impaired is a challenge when one's hearing aid malfunctions. I attended Hear Right Canada clinic on Sherbourne st in Toronto. Explained I am on holidays and needed help with a new tube which they promptly fixed and provided me with a mask holder to keep the mask strings off my ears. I offered to pay and they refused. If I lived here this the the company I would attend for all my hearing aid needs.
