★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called asking if this was walk in clinic (didn't think it was but I had called 20+ clinics and was desperate). The receptionist said "its called walking. Walk-I-N-G". I told her that didn't answer my question (again, I was desperate, I wanted clarification) and she snapped at me again. I can't believe someone is that rude.
