Tanya is always very pleasant and welcoming and makes me feel comfortable about attending therapy at the clinic. The clinic is very clean , spacious and beautiful and the staff following COVID protocols makes me feel very secure. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs any type of rehabilitation. Thank you for being there amongst the COVID pandemic.

Starting with Tanya who really cares for your wellbeing, is kind and professional and goes out of her way to best fit your appointments into your schedule.
Lindsay is a pleasure to work with, most helpful throughout my physiotherapy treatment; knowledgeable and attentive to my specific needs, she tailored the treatments for optimal results.
I’m very grateful to Corey, the kinesiologist, who worked collaboratively with Lindsay during my hydrotherapy treatment, for his attention to detail and consistent follow up.
I have to thank Sonia the OT for her drive and comprehensive and genuine care she provided for the past year and a half.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have excellent social distancing procedures in place, and the clinic is always amazing. Their physiotherapy is extremely beneficial to me, and not only are they skilled, but they also work with a big smile on their faces. I would strongly recommend your excellent services to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is very friendly and inviting. The therapy sessions are very successful and motivating. Lindsay is professional trainer, always leaves a smile on my face. Tatiana and Alex are great masseuses, always makes my body feeling relaxed. Cory is always a great help around the clinic, caring an thoughtful. Their new clinic is very spacious and modern. After you're done using any machine it gets cleaned right away. Very clean facility with awesome staff. I'll recommend to everyone...they have been so helpful with my recovery, I really appreciate the care that everyone brings to my health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at the clinic with the most welcoming and friendly staff. They were very helpful from the beginning to the end of my therapy. My therapy is going very well and ankle has healed tremendously and I am able to do all the activities that I want without any worries. Lindsay is very experiences in her field, very kind and professional. She's helped me overcome all my obstacles. Tatiana gives very good advice and is a very professional massage therapist. Cory was very helpful in giving me advice on my diet, exercises and provide me with information as to how to manage it all properly. Tanya is a very welcoming receptionist and very helpful and accurate with helping schedule and manage appointments, as well as putting in orders. She follows up constantly to ensure that everything is in order. The new facility is state of the art, with new equipment. clean, modern design. It has all the necessities that one will need to undergo physiotherapy. Last but not least it is a very safe and welcoming environment and i highly recommend it to anyone looking to do physiotherapy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Health Bound to work on my spinal cord rehab. I have been so impressed with my interactions with all the staff. Tania at the front desk is compassionate, patient and hard-working. My physical therapist Lovisa is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and has spent a lot of extra time getting to know me and the rest of my medical team.
The facility is clean and modern and has everything you need to work on your rehabilitation. It's hard work but I love going there and I recommend them highly!
