★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be my primary source. Unfortunately after repetitive poor customer service experiences, overall lack of knowledge surrounding thc products, and unprofessional business conduct, I cannot recommend this shop in good faith.
Edit* Unfortunately, the owner who replied to this review confused my dissatisfaction for rudeness. To put it simply, there are just many better options to get your product from these days. With better pricing, selection and quality. I have found many better options both online and in the Comox Valley.

Found product pricing reasonable and the ability to view or smell what you’re purchasing is great. Thanks healing hempire for making my first visit a great one, I will definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first ever experience with any cannabis store and it's for my dogs arthritis. No, really! The gals were so informative, made sure they knew what I was trying to accomplish for my dog then made sure I understood just how to dose him. Excellent - and the results started from Day 1. Back today for 2nd bottle of CBD oil and the fellow (owner?) was also great. I am learning how to experiment with helping my furry lad and just might try a dab for me as well. Thank you to all the staff for your relaxed attitudes and help. See you all again soon
