N	Nicco601 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely most horrible shop ever. Refused to work on my bike said why am I bringing them a broke down peice of junk. It's a 2015 ktm. How is that junk? Also isn't that what they do is fix bikes? Service personal kevin is just a hoot to deal with. And Lynds well she might as well be Karen. My mechanic took my bike there that just had the head replaced and the ecu replaced and needs to be programed but won't touch it. Amazing people there. They most likely damaged or vandalized my bike because well thats the way they are. Good job hb cycle I will make sure to steer everyone I can as far away from you as possible.

From sled delivery to service they have it all under control. My Salesman Kevin and Rick in service are at the top of their game. Professional, knowledgeable and genuine. My mechanic Brad was a pleasure to talk to about a repair. Another employee also named Brad is always happy to help me unload my sled and deal with my trailer, a true gentleman who always has a smile. Sean in parts makes sure I get what I need. I emailed Ski-doo and told them HB should be the template for their dealerships. Several long time sledders I know have used HB for years, now I know why.

This particular visit we didn't find what we were looking for as their selection of kids winter jackets was pretty slim. We gladly make the hour and a half drive to HB for most of our needs primarily because the staff is great and the parts we need are normally in stock.
