R	Ryan S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deserving of no stars!!! The service is absolutely insulting. Purchased a brand new atv from them and it was easy and great. The belt started slipping and I was told it would be a clutch seal fix. This issue persisted twice more and it ended up costing me over $500 each time. The problem still persisted after 3 "fixes", so I called back and was told that there was nothing that could be done. Barrie Powersports (far better to deal with) took the clutch case apart and found out that 4 pieces had not even been put back! Totally missing! Mix that with their inability to put on 4 skid plates resulting in stripping the screws and we couldn't possibly hope to walk in their doors again. If you're looking to deal with them, bring some aspirin, you're in for a headache.

Came home with a broken digital gauge and loss of heated grips (which they told me were working just fine). Called and was told to bring my machine back to have issue resolved. Was given a date and time. When I arrived, the person I was to meet with was out. Spoke to a women who claimed to be manager. She was a customer service nightmare. First thing out of her mouth was "we didn't break your sled". She berated me, didn't make eye contact , took zero responsibility, was caught in two separate lies, and refused to get the service tech from the back who could support my grievance. Her words: "you have 3 choices - buy a new part, buy a used part or leave." After telling me I could buy the necessary part to fix their mistake at an astronomically overinflated price, I left empty handed. I called two other businesses both of which offered the same part at a much lower part. And no obnoxious customer service. A simple oil change cost me over $1,000 thanks to these creeps. Will never, ever take my machine here again and I strongly recommend you don't either.

P	Peter Townend on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience.took my 1999 polaris in for their 200$ seasonal check up in March. Machine had run well all winter with no starting problems.They put in a new choke cable,and serviced the carbs for 686$.I tried to start the snowmobile in Dec and it flooded and would not start.I took it back and was charged another 159$.I asked them to start it and load it on my trailer and they refused.Got it home and it would not start. Took it to Peterborough Cycle and 687$ later it starts and runs perfectly.They had to clean the carbs,set the chokes, change the carb adapters,and change the needle valves and gaskets. Went back to Cedar Springs and the owner wouldn't come out and speak to me, his wife just commented that it was running at their shop and they were prepared to do nothing in the way of compensation for the carburetor problems and the 687$ fix

Dropped off my sled , they looked at it when they were available too and fixed the problem, had me back on the snow for the weekend! Great service!! Great staff!! Thank you!

Called them and they told me not their issue , another department. leave your number and we will call. No return call. Called again , same lies , said that department did not open until 9 , it was 8:58. I said that and Scott said , they must be late. Did not have the number for the parts department I asked for ??? Rude and to the point , not nice. I would never ever buy from these ignorant people. I see LOTS of negative reviews , any good ones are fake. Beware!!
