From sports injuries to loosening up muscles from work and every day life I always leave exponentially better than when I walked in. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who requires massage therapy in the cowichan valley and on Vancouver she does amazing work.

Michele was very friendly and great to have a deep tissue massage . As I’m new to the area the handy tips on hikes and trails was a added bonus. Thank you again Michele Would highly suggest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michele, is a very knowledgeable and personable RMT who over the years, has helped me overcome sport’s and work related injuries. Had i tried to deal with these injuries on my own, it would have been a much longer healing process. It’s amazing how over the years our bodies can slowly get used to not being in balance, then after a few sessions with Michele you’ll be amazed how much better your mind & body feels!
