V	Vanessa Siemens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed a continuation of their New Year's celebrations and countdown on New Year's Day. The cauliflower tempura was especially delicious. The lettuce wraps were also a favourite. The peanut noodle bowl was delicious, but quite spicy. The cocktails were tasty, but the nitro shaft was mostly ice with not much drink to it. Service was good and the ambience was great- looking forward to my next visit.
H	Harm Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with another couple - nice place for drinks and/or food with a great atmosphere. They have really nice cocktails, and a deal on Tues nights. We ordered the Tourist drink, which was very tasty and packs a punch! For applies we had the tempura cauliflower and rib bites. The cauliflower was crunchy and the dipping sauces were flavourful. The rib bites were amazing - SUPER tender and almost fall off the bones - a definite must to order with a drink/beer. For dinner we had the peanut noodle bowl and burgers. The peanut noodle bowl was good, but a bit too much garlic made it a bit overwhelming. But the vegetables were crunchy and noodles were perfectly cooked. If you like garlic I would recommend it. We had a their signature burger with fries and the crunchy chicken burger with salad. Both burgers were awesome, and a large portion as well. Both the beer and chicken were cooked to perfection. They had a really nice side salad and the fries were perfectly cooked. We will be back.
S	Simran Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here because I saw so many people posting it to their stories and I was really excited about the place. Turned out to be pretty disappointing not gonna lie. For starters we got Tempura Cauliflower which was pretty good. As for my drink I asked for something on the sweeter side and was recommended Black and Blanco. It was definitely not sweet. For mains my friend and I both went with the Spicy Peanut Noodle Bowl and neither of us liked it. The best part was probably the dessert we got the chocolate cake. Definitely wouldn't come back again.
A	Adrian Torino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great first time experience here. Music was vibin with the delicious food and we had awesome and friendly service. All items we had was spot on. Great flavor and/or perfectly cooked. The poké was definitely one of the highlights. Served with the rice crackers, it makes this dish so much more fun to eat and the flavors are spot on. We also had the tempura cauliflower and tempura coconut prawns. These were really good as well. As for mains, the steak was awesome and not overcooked. Nice inner and outer color made it more appetizing to eat. Very tender and seasoned well too. I would have preferred the potatoes mashed but they were just as good the way they were done. Awesome dish. Only tried a little it of the brick half chicken and from what I can tell, chicken was super tender and moist. The lemon/citrus based sauce definitely brings the whole thing together. The nostalgic chocolate cake was so good as well. We all loved the moist spongecake with the fudge filling. Not overly sweet. This was so very enjoyable to eat. I liked the crunchiness the cereal added while one of my sisters did not. Could do with or without it either way. This dessert was one of our favorite items. Will come back to try other items in the future!
c	candy L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we were in Langley and came to Haven for lunch. The decor was really astonishing. From the front yard to the upper floor were well designed with good vibes. Unfortunately the food we had did not impress. The lettuce wrap had way too much fried wonton skins, and too little sausage. The miso truffle fries was disappointing too. All I could taste was the salty mayo with no truffle taste. I think this is a great place for friends to hang out for food and drinks, but I'm not sure what to recommend. Update: We ended up going back today to try their other dishes, and they knocked it out of the park this time. The chicken wings were tender and juicy 10 out of 10. The peanut noodles were super flavourful, all the ingredients worked well together, but my favourite dish had to be the tempura cauliflower. We should have ordered these dishes the first time around. Highly recommended!
S	Scott Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty solid first time experience for me. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. The food was a bit of a mixed bag but overall left me satisfied. The tempura cauliflower sauce was good but it wasn’t crispy/crunchy enough. The fried almond crusted brie was also very well done but I thought that the cranberry sauce was a bit too much - it overpowered the cheese so I couldn’t enjoy the dish as much. The main was great, though. The pork belly was soft, juicy, and full of flavour and the mashed potatoes as well as the sauce complemented the pork beautifully. I would highly recommend this particular dish! Unfortunately the dessert wasn’t as good as the main but I still enjoyed it. The addition of cinnamon toast crunch was surprising but welcome twist to an otherwise pretty typical chocolate volcano cake. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a hip restaurant in Langley with decent food
E	Explorer Webber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time at Haven and I was just as impressed as the first time. Staff was friendly entering and sat us at our reservation right away. Our server was nice and friendly, she made us feel welcome and got our drink pretty quick seeing as it was quite busy. She let us chat and hang out before coming back to get our meal orders. Perfect timing cause we were hungry, our meal didn’t even take that long either which was impressive. I had the burger and subbed a Caesar salad. The burger was top notch and the Caesar was even better. Overall another great experience, we didn’t even get hassled when we brought in our own cake. Looking forward to our next date night.
M	Marnie Eudela-Umlas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great experience in Haven. Came on Wednesday and it was so busy, felt everything seems to be back to normal which is good. We ordered our faves, half Brick Chicken, Char Broiled Pork Belly, Truffle Fries, Steak, Coconut Prawns and Chicken Wings. Everything was good as always. The service was awesome too, too bad I dine get to drink as I didn’t have my ID on me. Price is in the higher range though so be sure to prepare for that. We will definitely be back.
