I have used Liz over multiple decades to buy and sell, and her unrelenting client focus is the same; each time I had unusual requirements and she successfully found creative solutions. Also worth noting is that I have also in the past used a non "full service" realtor for comparison, and all things considered, concluded it is worth it to have Liz looking out for my best interest rather that just seeking the quickest exit/commission.
