Tammy was great, easy to talk to, had our best interests in mind at all times, and one thing I REALLY appreciated was that I could contact her via phone or facebook and she always got back to me and quickly. Tammy is a sweetheart, who will bring out her inner French Bulldog (ask her about Bob) to get you what you want. She was highly accommodating to my husband's weird work schedule, even in her pregnant state! Tammy answered all our real estate questions, and as first time home buyers, we had some really simple and borderline stupid questions that we just didn't know because buying a home was a new concept- she answered all those questions with patience and not once made us feel bad about it. If you are looking for a real estate agent who will work hard for you to meet your needs, who has a killer work ethic all the while making you feel like you have a real friend who has your back, Tammy is your girl. As long as I live, if I ever need a real estate agent or anyone I know needs one, I will be recommending Tammy. :)

She helped to organize and stage our home. She hired an amazing photographer who took bright beautiful photos of our home. She priced our home right and was able to negotiate a good sale. She advertised and was available everyday for showings. She answers her phone and email promptly. Tammy is organized, calm, proactive and hard working. If you want to sell your house ask for Tammy. Second, there was only one home we were interested in purchasing. It was a difficult negotiation as buying the home we wanted ended up being between 4 different buyers/sellers. Somehow she managed to make it all work out and all parties happy. I thought our forever home was a dream but Tammy made it happen. We are so thankful for all of her hard work and efforts. I have no hesitation recommending Tammy whether you are looking to buy or sell a home.

We were unsuccessful on a few offers we’d submitted which was disappointing. Tammy kept our spirits up and suggested to not get discouraged. She was right!
