★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this morning I purchase a couple items walked in the store and was immediately yelled at and rudely spoken to buy a male attendant. I told him to calm down and just to speak to me normally but he wouldn't. A young woman approached me in a more professional manner and took care of my needs. Thank you that one employee what's professional. I will never shop at that Home Hardware again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed simple online order, takes 5 min to put together. Waited 4(!!!) weeks for "pick up ready email". Gave up, tried calling to cancel the order, multiple times/days - all in vain. Gave up, until 2 weeks later my order suddenly marked as "picked up" and CC charged accordingly.
Called customer service, no one obviously had a clue, but promised to sort it with someone coming in few days and call me back. 7 days later... right, no one called.
Fed up. Canceling transaction through the bank and NEVER deal with that place again.
