★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex has done great job by bringing another of his cigar shop to Bloor West Village. I no longer have to drive to Missasauga to purchase cigar and merchandise. Great prices and amazing knowledge and hospitality by his family. I recommend house rolled cigars to your favourite ones next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go out of my way to come visit this specific location, because of the amazing customer service, and the collection they have.The attendant Ali goes above and beyond every single time, he is well knowledgeable, he walks me and my friends through the humidor and recommends some good cigars. Never disappointed going there.

As we walked in, the ambiance is so relaxed and well organized they got everything from low grade to high grade blends imported cigars from all across the world. They are also known for their personal in house blends!
We had they greatest service from Noor ! She was wonderful super friendly and very helpful with our purchase! She made our experience 1000x better super friendly and very sweet ! She's a true gem and this company is so lucky to have her represent your locations! She made sure to take care of all our needs.
Cigars were high end and very fine selection with reasonable pricing.
If you're a cigar connoisseur, this place is for you ask for Noor she's amazing and very helpful !
Definitely recommend this place ! Will be back here for sure guaranteed
