All the staff members are so friendly and they doing very good job too run this business smoothly with Great customer service..!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming here for years and I've never received service like I did today. They had our order ready but brought it out to another vehicle parked, where the person came running outside opening the bag showing the employee what was inside was not their order. They then tried to give us the exact same food that had been in someone's car and opened up with other people touching it. I told them I saw they gave that order to someone else, they tried to deny it. I told them they need to remake the order. With health and safety protocols during covid something like this should have never happened. When I tried to ask why they would give me an order that was given to someone else, the employee just tried to say oh no I didnt do it I dont know, when they were all standing there, including the manager and heard everything. Terrible customer service and I got nothing but attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately closed at 8:00 when we arrived I suppose? Maybe due to staff shortages? Who knows as there is no sign on the door. Just locked doors and boxes in the drive thru. Do recommend posting updated hours please. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st Review Sept 2020. - Disappointed. Mobile order placed. Picked up order, got home and burgers are stone cold and dried out. How long were they sitting around before I picked them up? I paid for cheese yet there was no cheese on both burgers. Toppings as listed in the mobile order were not adhered to either. Poor effort - will give you folks another try. Please pay attention next time.
2021-06-25 : Well we gave you folks another try and sadly once again you messed up our order. App order for 2 burgers. BOTH Burgers were not prepared as ordered.
#1 Double Original Burger with Cheese - 2 Tomatoes, Extra Onions, 3 Pickles, Relish, Mustard, White Bun - MISSING PICKLES.
#2 Double Original Burger with Cheese - 2 Tomatoes, Extra Onions, 3 Pickles, Relish, Mustard, White Bun - THIS TIME WE GOT THE PICKLES BUT NO CHEESE !!! WE PAID FOR CHEESE.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS LOCATION?? BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF HARVEY'S DISTRICT MANAGER BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THE MESSAGE DIDN'T GET THROUGH TO THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION. I have been a customer of Harvey's since 1968 (not that that seems important to them now). Pay attention to our order. Your app allows your customers to clearly specify their topping but more importantly, when we order and pay for cheese, make sure it's on the burger. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Harvey's location I've ever been too. Food is consistenly COLD. It makes you wonder what they're doing back there. My husband has loved Harvey's his entire life so we have gone back to this location many times hoping it would improve, sadly it has not. Of all the times we've been there this past year I only had a warm (not hot) burger once. We obviously gave up and will not be returning. I have never written a review before, but the food was so bad so often I thought it worth my time if it saves one person from wasting their money and having a miserable meal.
Also worth mentioning the positive review struck me as not very authentic as it seems an odd thing to positively comment that your food was hot. Is it not a standard expectation that your food be hot?
