★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my apartment and neighborhood. Bright and cozy. Clean and Good service. Customer service is helpful and friendly. Maintenance always done well and fast! I was sad to move out as I loved my cozy and bright apartment so much! Completed a simple list and was not charged at move out. Overall great place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in building 115. It was the quiet clean building. My unit was clean when I moved in, and nothing was missing or damaged. I loved it. The insuite huge laundry room is an added bonus! I did make noise complaints that nothing was ever done about. The lady above me walked like an elephant. Office was always polite and helpful and I always got follow up calls to make sure things were good. It takes a select few to move into a building and make it an awful dirty noisy stinky place to live. If Broadstreet was more aware and careful of who they rent to those could be one of the best buildings to live in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived here nearly four years now, and I'm still happy calling this place home. I'd give it a full five stars if there was something that could be done about the noise coming from some of my neighbours, primarily from the constant running and jumping around from the child in the suite above and the music next door. I understand that it's not something that can be easily controlled, but I'm so envious of others who say they can't hear a single things around them. That aside, I've always felt like a valued tenant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here 6 yrs the last yr and a half the service has gone down hill
I have been waiting for repairs in my kitchen for over 2 months. I asked for a net to keep the pigeons off my bbq that wont happen . They can raise the rent but for service we will get there when we can . One more winter then out i go
Plus dont get me started on lack of security home less sleeping in the door way fighting in the parking lot one more winter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live here for two years, very comfortable. Convenient location, apartment is nice inside and outside. Agents are helpful when needed. Everything is great! I have no problem continue living here for long time. Only complaint is there are quite a few times people are fighting very loud in the parking lot at late night. Very loud. Mostly couple fighting. Not anybody’s faults but make you wonder what kind of immature people they are. Most of the time cops ending up come by and help with the fight. It sucks got woken up middle of the night by someone yelling. Later management did take some actions and whoever got too much complaints might be kicked out, which is good. It’s not big deal. Overall 4 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended.

There’s the wonderful staff and manager working well to keep building maintained in all aspects as well neat n tidy. Any issues in our apartment are resolved soon and in time. I love to be the part of so well professional property. It’s spacious with insuite laundry and dishwasher . The location is perfect ! The parking area is very spacious n well maintained . Rent includes parking fees. Overall 5 Star. Thank you Broadstreet properties and team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they hire underqualified individuals and put them in positions that require empathy and customer service - things these individuals gravely lack. the most condescending and disrespectful rental office employees that one should ever have to deal with. do not rent here - they only care about money.
