★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst experience ever at any fast food restaurant. Live 30 mins out of saskatoon didn't think to check the bags after ordering food for the family. Every 6 pc chicken basket only had 3 pieces in it. Call to try to resolve the situation and they said their word against ours and there is nothing they can do. If they can't handle a order for 5 people coming through at once they shouldn't be open

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live near this location, so I go here a fair bit. I do enjoy their food, but it's a miracle when they get my order correct! Missing onions rings, wrong burger, one wrap instead of two, missing fries, smoothie instead of Julius, wrong flavor ice-cream cone... I could probably start making money by placing bets on the wrong order. Food tastes good, service is good, just can't get my order right! In fairness, they've only got my order wrong the last six out of ten times, and it's been over the last few months, so it's not all the time. It's a minor inconvenience, but still annoying. I don't like complaining, but I feel this should be shared.

Update I can no longer eat the beef here. The last 3 times I ordered a burger here it gave me the runs. McDonald's used to too until they changed their meat years ago. I didn't want to post until I was sure it was actually the meat here. All I ordered the last visit was a burger. All I can assume is they changed it. The burgers used to taste better too. Sorry DQ you're losing a 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called DQ at 11am asking for gluten free icecream BD cake, it was ready for pick up by 5pm! Asked for a picture of a red semi with Canadian flag. It came out bautiful! I love how talented they are and efficient at their job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is medicore. The service was slow. The burger was warm but greasy. The poutine came cold with little gravy. Returned it and the second one was luke warm. My daughter liked her kids meal. The 22nd street location is better than this location.
