★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible appraisers. Should lose their licenses. They hide behind loopholes that appraisals belong to the brokerage and thus have no accountability. If your lender chooses to use them or Jackson Appraisals, which they also own, ask for another appraiser or use another broker/lender!

I received a return phone call no more than 2 hours later (it may have even been sooner, I don't remember exactly). We had an appraiser contact us the following Monday to book the appointment. The appraiser came out Wednesday and I had the report by Friday. Overall, I thought the service was very efficient as we needed the appraisal done quickly. I would recommend this company to others.

They charged me $2300.- for this appraisal which was the most expensive toilet paper I bought in my entire life…..on a positive note it kind of came in handy during the pandemic.

We usually work with Pat and Greg, and they both are easy to work with, attentive to detail, and have the research and information in their appraisals that you need if you have to take a matter to court.
If you are looking to hire an appraiser and want to be able to rely on their report make sure they have credentials from the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). That way you can guarantee you have an appraisal document that is reliable and can be used as proper evidence in the future. Or just skip looking at appraisers credentials and hire Harrison Bowker. You wont regret it.
