From the beginning they've been professional, punctual, knowledgable, trustworthy and damn good at what they do. Both Kristin and Ryan were a pleasure to work with. Ryan assisted us in finding our dream home and as a team Ryan and Kristin staged and sold our home in 3 days at much higher than asking. Kristin's staging team is extremely talented and we feel contributed to the sale of our home. They fielded phone calls for over 40 showings and hosted an open house while we were out of town. 2 young kids and we never once had to pack up for any showings. We got home and a sold sign was already up. We trusted their advice and it paid off big time. Ryan was also with us putting in 3 different offers on homes before we finally got "the one". He was extremely patient while we browsed through dozens of homes. There wasn't one time he was unavailable for us and was punctual and professional every time.
