★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harmans office and staff have always been quick and efficient. With skill and good humor Harman makes legal matters a breeze. I've used him for a bunch of personal things and as a realtor I've seen him take excellent care of hundreds of real estate transactions. Great guy, great service, great staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a notary anyone should ever choose to convey their mortgage. They are extremely incompetent and very unprofessional. Watch out for significant cost escalation, and many "hidden costs" that will get added onto their "quote for service". I do not recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist was very rude, not welcoming at all. Very abrupt talking. Definitely lacks interpersonal skill. Think she might be a relative of the owner, that’s why they are putting up with her despite all these bad reviews. My wife and I had an appointment today and we were standing right at their door at the right time, still we had to make a phone call for her to come open the door although she could see us clearly and was sitting 6 feet away from the glass door with no other customer with her. (Door was locked due to Covid restrictions). When inside, she made us feel like we were there asking for donation and not doing business. Talked to us in a very commanding and rude way. Told us on phone that it will be $60 for all the work (clearly specified) but then asked for $75 in the office, when objected to, settled for $65. Wondering were we in a Notary office or Indian vegetable market..!!!! Very bad experience. Ditto all the negative comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not professional, bad customer service, name spelt wrong 6x after multiple warnings. this place gave me so much stress and made the process that much more difficult. They don't explain the fees they charge. Choose Simpson notaries - they explained the fees for me even though i wasn't using them to buy my first home because when i called this place they refused to explain or were not knowledgeable until day of signing all legal documents which was too late at that point to back out. Sorry but they need to hire some new admin staff who are more helpful and have some basic knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Harman Virk on the purchase of our condo and then again when we sold our condo and got into a townhouse. The team at Harman Virk was very accommodating and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We felt very confident in the team and Rhonda was even available to explain any unknowns to us so much so that we were very confident in the transactions that took place. Will continue to use Harman Virk Notary for any and all future transactions. Thank you for the work that you do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live near this business and on four occasions I have attended the office in need of a Notary. Their ads and even their window sign says "walkins welcome" Every time I have gone the office is open but there has been no Notary available. As in not there. These have been different times of the day too.Each time I have walked in to another notary within the hour and have walked out happy within 20 minutes. Has certainly sent me the message that they not only do not want my business they will not be there to conduct it. Won't be wasting my time there any more though that is obviously what is expected from their customers.

I can't say enough about Parveen...shes just amazing, her customer service and professionalism is second to none. Attention to detail is guaranteed...Overall a great experience to work with Harman Virk, makes this process smooth and easy. The whole team is v knowledgeable and provide you with an excellent support. Very highly recommended!
