I was on and continue to be on council and can assure anyone seeking a professional property management company - Harbourside is the right choice. They were instrumental in working with us to identifiy serious structural issues in our complex and because of their expertise were able to guide us to file a claim under the 10 year warranty policy. They have access to a list of superior professionalls to support the needs of the strata corporation. They guided our ownership through a very large and tricky window replacement project. On a day-to-day basis, his staff was excellent and would tend to any pressing matters in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend Harbourside Property Management Ltd. to any building.

As an owner harbourside was uncommunicative and ineffective, as a council member harbourside was unprofessional and a detriment to our property, and as a seller they jeopordized our sale. Harbourside's pricing is on par with the majority of other property managers but are uncompetitive and offer no online portal and terrible service overall. Do not hire Harbourside for any reason.

Tim Coffey is technologically inept, unable to fulfill the most basic services in a timely manner, and reliant on indemnity from consequences of his actions taken on behalf of your strata.
