Especially, Megha and Baljit who made sure to submit each and every single document without any error that can have negative impact on the application. You guys were very cooperative through out the process and helped me to re unite with my family. I really appreciate how you guys be very honest and give suggestions that are in best interest of their clients. Highly recommended when it comes to bringing your closed and loved ones to Canada. Rhea is very nice from the first time I reach out regarding with my father's case until she told me the good news. Also I am very thankful to Baljit Kaur for being very accommodating with me. She's always responding my messages and she really guide me every step of the way. I felt very supported with the process of this application because of the patience of Baljit with me. S	Satinder Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t even deserve 1star. I paid $75 for the consultation fees. Then they charged me initial fees $2100. Before I made any payments they were all nice and was answering my calls, even replying to messages but after I paid my first payment Rhea transferred my case to TJ. Then TJ transferred my case to Harminder. Whenever I called Rhea, she used send me texts saying I am driving, in a meeting and never called back. I used to call them to ask for updates but their staff didn’t answer the calls. Even though my number was saved in their phone. My husband and I called number of times at their reception desk but no one answered. They sent automated text that they will call back within 3 business days. We used to call them for number of days but no response. Then I decided to take my case back and asked for refund. Rhea sent me the refund affidavit stating that they will only refund me $525 and they will keep the $1575 for the services that they never provided. I told Rhea they can deduct a reasonable amount ($400-$500) even when they didn’t fulfill any of the services promised. If they reply to this saying that this review is from one of there competitors then anyone can reply to my review and I can show all the proofs that I have. This is a genuine review by a customer who trusted them and they didn’t respect that trust only cared for the money.

They were all very kind, compassionate and I always got a great sense of security from the day I talked about my mothers visa until the day she got approved. I'm so thankful to have trusted them with my her application. Baljit my case manager guided me and reassured me every-time I had any questions or needed help. My experience since 1 year has always been good with them I have only good things to say. What I love about them is that they are not like other consultants where after paying you don't feel important which has happened to me with other agencies. Whenever I call their team, they will provide me with good answers. Even on the days I was feeling anxious. I will recommend to TNC to everyone. Thank you TNC, you guys are the best
