★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really terrible first impression. We called and hailed for one and a half hours, to no reply on our arrival during business hours.After docking we found the attendant. Nothing but excuses. Carry a handheld radio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not water to hose off your trailer. This is plain dangerous for the trailers in salt water. Equally importantly, this welcomes invasive species to the waters around Pender Harbour and elsewhere. Not cool.
At low tide, the ramp does not extend all the way either.
And no legal trailer parking anywhere around. So you have to trust locals to tell you that you won't be towed. Not exactly comforting if you're leaving your trailer somewhere for a weekend away.
