I started with Happipad because I wanted to reach out to help students find a place, they can feel comfortable in and call home. Our current student is truly a part of our family. My son, being a 15-year-old impressionable teenager has become buddies with this young man who attends the university as a mechanical engineer student. They chat about school, fitness, foods and such, but I never realized how impactful having someone in this nature can be until my son came to me the other day and says... “Mom, I’m thinking about going to University and I want to know what I need to do to get there”. It made me so happy to hear those words, and I know it had a lot to do with the positive influence from our tenant. It makes me happy that our home is a loving and safe home for these boys to grow. Shared accommodations can be such a positive impact for both parties involved. Thank you Happipad for creating such a great concept/service for us!

I was able to successfully find a place and close the deal in less than a week and this is helpful if you already have a lot on the go. The process was simple and streamlined, and the service was very professional. I highly recommend this, especially to the students that live in the city.
