K	Kevin Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marginal utility - and that's when it works. App does not appear to be handling what is likely an increased workload since the Covid crisis. Uploads now failing regularly. Teachers reporting issues even. Even the limitation in iOS on iPhones to switch from Portrait to Landscape mode (app crashes) is ridiculous. Printing options? You don't want to go there. Tried using same credentials from app to login on web - no luck. Seriously? Very frustrating app. Unfortunate that our schools are relying on this app as its performance has gone downhill in the last couple of months.

Not only is the interface horrible, there is not even any way to organise school subject into folders (I think this has existed since the invention of computers. I digress) No we get to do endless scrolling, like trying to find Waldo. Not only is it a waste of time for the teachers who have to manage such a dysfunctional platform but they asked my kids to waste precious class learning time to take pictures and upload their work...come on, it like Facebook for kids. We decided to tell our school that we do not want our kids to use this junk as their is absolutely no benefit...our schools are simply feeding a software company that had a convincing sales pitch.

M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE improve the functionality of this app. It is HORRIBLE!! Why is it that my child cannot login from any computer? Why is it not possible to print directly from the screen? Why should I have to save everything as a pdf file if I want to print? Why can't I copy directly from the screens? This is basic functionality and FreshGrade is not new. You should have solved these basic issues long ago. I contacted FreshGrade 3 years ago about some of this.

Perhaps this application could be rendered a lot more applicable and helpful to those students that are more educationally inclined if there was not as many software errors. This program has a tendency to remove me from the site while i try to upload a photo or project. The average student like myself does not/ would not enjoy this program or find that it serves any purpose to educational input

When you upload pictures, there's no date attached, and you can't attach pictures to individual comments, or comments to pictures. We have been using it all year, and we have a sea of pictures and videos with no way to determine when we uploaded them, other than to try to sort it out ourselves. It seems like that should be a pretty basic feature. It would also be helpful to be able to minimize the pictures and comments in the various categories so it's easier to navigate and get to the next category you plan to use. I wouldn't recommend this platform. I find it very frustrating. One thing I like, as a parent, is switching between my kids' profiles without logging out.
a	alice thomson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Freshgrade when I was in school and think it is an excellent learning platform and whoever designed this is genius. It sparks conversations between the student and teacher, at the same time as it also helps the parents feel more connected and involved with the child's learning experiences. My teacher loved it, my class enjoyed it, and someday I hope my future kids will use it in their journey of education and goal setting. It works well for any teaching technique or strategy. I especially like how the students can make comments and even take pics of their best work. This has been a big part of mine and many others learning, I would rate it six stars if I could. Service is pleasant and I would really love to hear more about your new update so THANK YOU, Freshgrade staff, you are amazing and I hope people will continue to use this convenient efficient method!!
