β β β β β My 99 Toyota Sienna had to replace the condenser. Dealer charged a lot for replacement & recharging the refrigerant. As the car was old, I did not want to invest that much money. When the weather became hot, I started thinking about getting quotes from other shops. I called one in Vancouver which recharged my car two years ago. I called two days but nobody answered the call. Then, I searched for repair shops specializing in air conditioning using Goggle and found Hans to my liking. I called Hans & the owner Kevin replied and later quoted me a price at about one third of the dealer. I had the condenser replaced and recharged about four weeks ago. Everything went smoothly and I started enjoying driving even under the hot sun. Thanks, Kevin and Hans.

They accommodated a short notice appointment and had the work done in an hour - they even custom crafted a replacement hose. Conveniently located in Richmond, coffee shop close by while you wait.

β β β β β Hans Radiator is your one stop rad shop. Although my shop has brought radiators in the past to them, i sent out my personal cars INTERCOOLER to them to have it redone inside out. They went above and beyond with the repair, although i paid $400, my intercooler does the job of over a $1000+ intercooler now. Boosting at 30+psi, my cars running cooler then ever. +1 for customer support and kindness.

β β β β β Very impressed by the quality and customer service. I called them at 1pm on the hottest day of the year after the drive to work in the morning with no A/C or working driver's side window was torturous... They were able to fit me in at a time of my convenience, despite being busy, and took the time to do a quality job. I was on the road with a freshly serviced A/C after about 30 minutes, in which the service guy (sorry, can't remember his name) was super friendly and professional. I'd really recommend.

β β β β β I recently brought my bmw x5 here for an AC service. I previously had brought this car to another shop letting them know that my AC wasn't blowing as cold as it should. It was cool at best. Especially as the weather was getting hotter. I brought my car to this other shop twice. The first time they topped up my freon. Shortly after it got back to where it was. I brought it in for a second time and they did the same thing even though I had asked if they could check for a leak in the system. The second time they just topped it off again.
I decided to bring the car locally to Hans. I let them know what happened and what my concerns were. They did everything I expected the other shop to do. Check for leaks, pressure test, take out all existing freon and recharge the system fresh. After it was blowing very nice and cold. Just how I would expect an AC to run. I called in and they got me in the next day. Car done within a few hours.
Chris was very professional and great to talk to. As reviews are consistent I can definitely recommend anyone who needs an AC service to bring it here as they will get reliable, quick, and professional service.
